At Calas, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
1️⃣ Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✅ Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
✅ Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with all original tags attached.
✅ Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging in good condition.
❌ Final Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
📌 Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

⚠️ Important Update on Refund & Cancellation Requests
- If you request a refund before your order has been shipped, a $1.23 USD processing fee will be charged. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing costs charged by the payment platform.
4️⃣ How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

2️⃣ Receive a return label:
- If it's an exchange (FREE), you will receive a prepaid shipping label.
- If it's a return for refund, we will provide the return label, and an $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.
3️⃣ Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4️⃣ Ship the item back using the provided return label.
5️⃣ Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
5️⃣ Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at [support@calaswear.com].
🚨 Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6️⃣ Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is:
1️⃣ Request a return for the item you don’t want.
2️⃣ Once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
This ensures the new item is reserved for you and ships faster.
7️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@calaswear.com] with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
8️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items purchased on sale or discount (Final Sale).
- Gift cards.
- Personal care items (such as beauty products).

- Calas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed return packages. Please use a trackable shipping method.
