At Calas Wear, we are committed to ensuring that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. Below are our shipping policies for the United States.
1️⃣ Shipping Areas
We currently ship exclusively within the United States using shipping carriers integrated with Shopify.

2️⃣ Shipping Costs & Promotions

📌 All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
3️⃣ Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery times vary depending on the carrier used by Shopify but generally take 5 to 7 business days for standard shipping.
- High-demand periods or promotions may cause slight delays.
📌 Estimated delivery times are provided by Shopify at checkout based on the selected shipping carrier.
4️⃣ Order Tracking
- Shopify will automatically generate a tracking number once your order is shipped.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
- You can track your order directly on the assigned shipping carrier’s website.
5️⃣ Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must cover the reshipping cost.
- We do not offer refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

6️⃣ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if an issue occurs, here’s what to do:
📌 If your package is lost in transit
1️⃣ Allow the estimated delivery time to pass, as some carriers experience delays.
2️⃣ If your package has not arrived 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@calaswear.com.
3️⃣ We will open a claim with the shipping carrier.
4️⃣ Depending on the outcome of the claim:
- If the carrier confirms that the package was lost, we will send a replacement order at no additional cost.
- If the package is marked as delivered, we cannot issue refunds. In this case, the customer should file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
📌 If your package arrives damaged
1️⃣ Take photos of the damaged package and product immediately upon delivery.
2️⃣ Send an email to support@calaswear.com with the photos and a description of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the package.
3️⃣ We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- If the damage is due to shipping, we will send a replacement at no cost.
- If the damage is minor, we may offer a discount or store credit.
📌 Claims for damaged orders will not be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.
7️⃣ Changes to the Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
